Revo to lead Swannies in new song at 2012 Asian Champs

The boys sung with gusto at the ANZAC Friendship Match and at the Champs, we’ll be led by Revo (pictured left), song writer and lyricist extraordinaire, with our new Club song. Photo, Mark Stennett Photography.
The Swannies have believed for some time that we need our own, unique song.
Enter song writer and lyricist extraordinaire, Ryan “Revo” Evans, pictured left in photo above. Revo has now developed the new Club song which will be sung for the first time, officially, at the Asian Champs. The music remains the same as the Sydney Swans song.
Cheer, cheer the red, black and white,
Asian kings of footy by day and by night,
Proud to play for Vietnam,
The strongest of teams all over the lands.
Whether we’re from the south or the north
We will strike hard as we’re going forth
Listen to those horns a’ honking
