In line with our commitment to being a serious and successful club, we have a formal club structure that aims to distribute responsibilities among members, and provide a voice for all club members. The 2015 club structure consists of:

• A Leadership Group of 5 people, led by a National President with 4 Group Directors (in conjunction with deputies)
• Sub-committees under each of Director
• Further Gaels, Hanoi and Local Development Strategy sub-committees
• Key Positions in each Group
