   I can picture the post clash Swannies in Singapore now . . . 22 bruised and battered titans of Asian footy, sitting in their 10 bed dorm. with a jug of Tiger and 19 straws*, wondering which players we’ll have to sell in order to purchase return tickets home . . .

   OK guys, the word is out. Start saving some bucks now and the finances won’t take such a battering later.

   *Note that only 19 straws will be required if 22 players show. Gus drinks too slowly to warrant a spot at the communal jug, Potsy will be too busy trying to retrieve his teeth from the bottom of the jug and Big JOE will be attempting to reduce the excess baggage excise by disposing of the Jim Beam.
